We were greeted in a very friendly manner by Paul (concierge) who checked us in, took control of our luggage and accompanied us to our rooms. We had asked for rooms to be close together but they allocated a room on the ground floor for our daughter (my husband and I were on the second floor). We spoke to reception who explained that she had been upgraded to a larger room with a park view, and the alternative room would be smaller with no view, and suggested we had a look at the larger room first. Paul took us to view this and it was indeed a beautiful room which my daughter happily accepted. Paul gave us all the information about the hotel and area that we needed and was very helpful. As mentioned by everybody, the breakfast was second to none, with everything that you could possibly wish for. The service at breakfast also was outstanding. We enjoyed dinner in the Champagne Lounge on our first evening which was excellent with first class service. The rooms were very well appointed and toiletries and water were replenished every day.

Outstanding Hotel in every respect and can highly recommend. We had a large Seaview room and although the road outside is extremely busy and noisy it did not blight our stay in Jersey. It's a lovely island and we would love to come back some day. The facilities and the hotel were amazing and we took advantage of the pool and steam room. Breakfast was plentiful and outstanding, the waiting staff professional, efficient and friendly, a credit to the Hotel.

The staff team are what makes a hotel and the staff here are super friendly, helpful and professional. They are really attentive and keep the place clean and tidy. The hotel has a professional chilled vibe and the breakfast was good and provided good range, especially happy wi the gluten and diary free pastry selection !! The bedroom we booked was on the sea front and was super cosy with lovely bedding and great quality towels. Very happy that you can open windows also.

The hotel was perfectly situated for the town of St Helier, the bus station and lovely restaurants, and overlooked the bay. The staff were always friendly and helpful. There was nothing to dislike about the Grand Jersey Hotel.

excellent choice for breakfast staff were amazing and room was perfect and kept spotless.Spa facilities and pool were fabulous,Steps into were well designed as it allowed my disabled sister to swim 18 lengths which has never happened in 6 yrs.

Location was great, easy walking distance to many restaurants the beach, marina and the heart of St Helier. The staff were exceptional, courteous, professional and only too pleased to help with anything needed. Our room was lovely, a deluxe ocean view room on the first floor. Bathroom was a little on the small side but everything was clean and well kept. The buffet breakfast and made to order menu was plentiful and delicious. We really enjoyed sitting and drinking in the wine bar in the early evening. The spa was also a welcome addition offering relaxation after a lot of walking around the island. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel facilities good, staff very good, hotel room small but had all the facilities you would expect. Breakfast very good with lots to choose from.

Perfect location, great bar, restaurant was fantastic, excellent breakfast and all the staff went above and beyond to be helpful, friendly and make out stay so comfortable.

The staff were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble, everyone was friendly and my expectations were fully met. I would stay here again. The breakfast was delicious with lots on offer to satisfy everyone.

Very good room with lovely view but too hot to sit out on balcony. Location very good but traffic outside noisy at times. Breakfast choice and staff excellent.
